A National leader in
Solar Workforce Development

We publish original industry research, coordinate regional solar-focused career fairs, and convene trainer-employer summits. We strive to improve understanding of the national solar jobs landscape and help the solar industry to take steps to better align education with evolving workforce needs.

We are currently finalizing a set of tool kits for the solar industry: these will outline steps to improve training and hiring practices, build strong regional talent pipelines, and leverage workforce challenges as opportunities for development as solar continues to lead job growth in the American energy sector.
